Amy Reyer has a Ph.D. in American Studies and specializes in the ways in which women are portrayed in American culture. She founded Women's Club Productions, LLC to create smart, dynamic and entertaining programming for women. She is the host and executive producer of The Women's Club with Amy Reyer.

Amy has produced interactive website content for The Discovery Channel, TLC, and Animal Planet as well as feature articles for women's magazines and trade publications. She wrote and hosted an online video home renovation series for TLC called Home Sweet Chaos and produced and hosted an online video game show called Trash or Treasure for The Discovery Channel. She also produced and scripted an interactive online show for The Discovery Channel about the Titanic and narrated an online documentary about Barnum and Bailey. In addition, she wrote a monthly column for TLC.com called A Woman's Place, a humorous column about women's lifestyles, and a monthly gardening column as well. She is the author of Our Secret Garden: Sex Education in Teen Fiction for Girls in the 1970s.
